With Kelly Cirone

Kelly grew up in Parkville, Missouri and began traveling the world after she graduated from high school. She studied in London, picked apples in New Zealand, teamed up with an amazing service program in Mississippi, and was a flight attendant in Seattle -- it was there she met the love of her life, Michael Cirone. They now live in Kansas City, where Kelly is a yoga teacher, trail runner, owner and plantwitch at Flora, kick ass event mistress, orange cat keeper, burner, and super wife.

Kelly's magical classes and events are creative, loving, safe spaces for deep transformation and personal evolution. She is a 200-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having successfully completed two 200-hour programs, and has earned specialized teaching certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Integrated Vinyasa Sequencing, and Prenatal Yoga.

FALL YOGA CLASSES WITH KELLY

DEEP YOGA STRETCH - EVERY SUNDAYS

This special yoga class is slow, stretchy and luxurious. Kelly masterfully combines a series of floor postures with modern dharma talks focused on healing and soul-deep rest, inviting you to let go of physical and emotional tension. More than just a series of movements, this quiet class is a nature-centered exploration of spirituality and inner space. Classes are practiced sitting, lying down, or kneeling with the support of yoga props. Our classes are currently limited to five students.

FRIDAY NIGHT CHILL - MONTHLY FRIDAY

This powerful immersion is a night of yoga asana, guided meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and deep soul-tending. Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, and guided imagery, Kelly Cirone guides your journey into unfettered consciousness, to the realms that lie between sleeping and waking. This month, we’ll explore tending the harvest and slowing down.

FREE COMMUNITY PRACTICE - 11/26/2020

Kelly is offering you a very special Thanksgiving Gratitude Yoga class. You can expect a deep stretchy, slow and low, feel good with a grateful heart practice.  As our way of offering our gratitude for you, the class is free but space is limited to just five students.  This is such a lovely way to begin this most cherished day and we're so excited to share it with you.  More information to come...
